• Lead, train, and motivate store staff

• Handle scheduling, payroll, and daily cash management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

What We’re Looking For
• Previous successful convenience store or retail management experience; 2 years preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• Reliable, organized, and committed to excellent customer service
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
